Return PolicyOnTimeParts wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We cannot, however, guarantee that products purchased by you will meet your particular need, use or application. If you need to return a product to us within 30 days from the date of shipment, you must first contact us to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We may, at our discretion, authorize a return or exchange of your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Parts received without an RMA will be returned at your expense. Additionally, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
